AGNES founded the first Playback Theatre group in Singapore (Tapestry Playback Theatre) and organised the first Asian Playback Theatre Gathering there in 2005.
She has since made her home in London, and is one of the founding members of True Heart Theatre. She is a registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist and has been a social worker running school-based counselling with children and teenagers with learning and emotional needs.
As well as English, she speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. She graduated from the Centre for Playback Theatre (NY, USA) in 2005, is an Accredited Playback Theatre Trainer and current Director of True Heart Theatre.
