Based in London, Valentina is an Organizational Development Advisor in local government to help create a fairer and more inclusive place to work, and one that is representative of all the diverse communities it serves. She has worked in the public sector for many years with particular interests in the libraries and cultural services. She joined True Heart Playback Theatre in 2006 and had since performed with the company in various productions and projects in the UK and Europe. She was a commercial radio (cantonese) presenter for 6 years during which she hosted a variety of outdoor festivals, civic awareness campaigns and was founder of its first youth media academy. She was born and bred in Hong Kong and has been a Londoner since 2005. She is married to a South Korean and has two children.
